1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 7740 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and 7740 as the platform operator. They apply to all users without exception, including those who browse without performing transactions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the 7740 platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is allowed to register only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without refund of balances.

You are fully responsible for:

Keep your password and account login details confidential.
Ensuring no unauthorized parties access your account.
Notify 7740 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Ensuring all registered personal information is accurate and up to date.

7740 is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 7740 user, you agree not to:

Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with platform functions by any technical means.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
Spreading false, misleading, or fraudulent information while using the platform.
Collaborating with other users to manipulate the system or betting outcomes.
Transferring or sharing your account with any other party.

Breaching any of the above rules gives 7740 the right to take appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating your account and withholding any balances linked to rule-breaking activities.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 7740 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, local internet banking, and other digital payment methods available from time to time.

Important Information Regarding Transactions:

Deposit: Funds are usually credited within minutes after successful payment confirmation. 7740 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to internal review. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is approved. Processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the withdrawal method chosen.
Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current platform policies and may change without prior notice.
Tax Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations related to winnings in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 7740 support team within 30 days from the transaction date.

Service interruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues.
Betting results disputed due to display errors or data delays.
Losses arising from security breaches caused by user actions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7740 platform including logos, interface design, text, images, and software is exclusively owned by 7740 and protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission from 7740.

Third-Party Links

The 7740 platform may contain links to third-party services or websites. 7740 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users are advised to review third-party terms and policies separately.

6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Laws

Account Suspension & Closure

7740 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Violation of any provisions in these Terms & Conditions.
Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
Inactivity for a period specified by the platform’s internal policies.

Changes to These Terms

7740 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via in-platform notices or registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with relevant laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations within 30 days. If negotiations fail, disputes may be referred to appropriate legal proceedings.
